Once you have made a purchase on HostX, we offer a 24-hour grace period for refunds. If you wish to cancel or request a refund for any of our services, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
This applies to all purchases made on our website, including hosting plans, domain registrations, and any other services provided by HostX.
Premium Customer Refunds
Premium customers are entitled to request a full refund of the services within 30 days of purchase. If a refund request is made within this period, the full amount paid for the service will be refunded.
Refund requests for premium customers must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Any requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Payment After Plan Expiry
It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription or plan is paid before the due date. If you fail to pay after your plan expires, you will have a 30-day grace period to make payment. During this time, your services will remain active.
After the 30-day grace period, your services will be permanently deleted from our systems, and you will lose access to all data associated with the service. Please note, HostX is not responsible for any data loss due to expired plans.
Restoration of Services After Deletion
If your service is permanently deleted due to non-payment and you wish to restore it, a restoration fee of £125 minimum will apply. This fee may increase depending on the complexity and scope of the task required to restore your service.
The restoration process is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and technical feasibility. The fees for restoration will be assessed based on the specific requirements of the restoration task, and the final cost may be higher than the initial minimum fee.

This policy is in place to ensure clarity and fairness for both HostX and our customers. We strongly recommend that you carefully review and monitor the expiration dates of your plans to avoid service disruption and the potential loss of data.
